EV Charging
At Broadway Manor Cottages, as part of our sustainability programme, we have two electric vehicle (EV) charging points for our guests. The charging points are located in the car parking area adjacent to our holiday cottages. Both charging points are untethered (socket only) so guests need to bring their own charging cable to plug into the wallboxes.
We charge a small fee for using the chargers and they are available to guests on a first come first served basis. One of the chargers provides a standard 3kW 13 amp supply using a standard 3 pin plug, and the other a 7kW 32 amp supply for a faster charge using a Blue Commando plug (IEC 60309) at the charging point end and either a Commando unit or the gun shaped SAE J1772 socket for connection to the vehicle.
