Broadway Gravel Pit Nature Reserve - managed by the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and within walking distance of our Cotswold holiday cottages.

fun for all the family and home to Brum BBC TV's little super hero car.
Direct access into the museum for wheelchair users. -
Evesham Leisure Centre (www.wychavonleisure.co.uk/Evesham.aspx) -
family friendly and
accessible swimming pools (with hoist for wheelchair users), Fitness Room, health and beauty salon and challenging climbing wall. -
The Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway (www.gwsr.com) - nearest station Toddington approximately 4 miles away where steam and diesel trains run from Toddington to Cheltenham Racecourse.
Ideal for families especially Santa Specials.
All stations (with the exception of Gotherington which is accessible on foot) have good access for disabled passengers and trains have compartments which have been specially adapted for wheelchair users. -
Gordon Russell Trust Museum - the museum in Russell Square, Broadway, celebrates the work of Sir Gordon Russell MC and that of his company over a period of 60 years in Broadway.
Ramp access and lift to first floor. -
Hidcote Manor Garden - owned by the National Trust.
Approximately one-third of the garden accessible to wheelchair users. -
Kiftsgate Court Gardens (www.kiftsgate.co.uk) - interconnecting gardens each with its own distinct character.

Snowshill Manor - owned by the National Trust in the nearby village of Snowshill.
Suitable for families.
Limited wheelchair access to manor house and gardens. 500 yard walk from car park to manor and garden along undulating country path. -
Snowshill Lavender Farm (www.snowshill-lavender.co.uk) - over 50 acres of lavender, a wonderful spectacle during the summer months.

Stanway House & Fountain (www.stanwayfountain.co.uk) - a Jacobean manor house and highest fountain in Britain and the highest gravity fed fountain in the world.

The nearby villages of Chipping Campden, Laverton and Stanton and towns, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bouton-on-the-Water and Burford.

Cheltenham Racecourse - our nearest racecourse (The Festival in March and The Open in November).
Walking
The Wychavon Way and the Cotswold Way National Trail and the new Circular Walks which meander through some of England's most scenic countryside between Bath and Chipping Campden are only a few metres from our Cotswold holiday cottages.
For
families with pushchairs,
wheelchair and powered scooter users 'Walks on Wheels' guides, a folder of 15 routes is available from Broadway Tourist Information Centre. The routes are no more than 4km in length taking in parts of The Cotswold Way. For more information telephone Broadway TIC, tel (01386) 852937.
A fun way for all the family to explore Broadway is to follow the Broadway Spy Trail. The Trail is 1½ miles long and takes approximately 2 hours andl is suitable for
pushchairs and

Cycling
Cycle hire is available locally from Cotswold Country Cycles and Cycle Cotswolds in Chipping Campden. We have covered storage on site for bicycles and bicycles can be delivered to and collected from your cottage.
The new Cotswold Line Cycle Route passes through some of Britain's finest cycling country. The route follows the Cotswold Line Railway from Oxford to Worcester. For a map of the route visit www.cotswoldcycling.com.
Horse Riding
